    Bitrix24 Cloud Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    When a Bitrix24 Cloud account is registered and used with a free or a commercial subscription plan, the user receives non-exclusive rights to use the program according to the Terms of Service.

    Bitrix24 Cloud version is SaaS, it is rented by our users. It is deployed, hosted and maintained by Bitrix Inc. in the Cloud. You can use your Bitrix24 account with a free subscription, or with a paid plan. Please see our plans and tariffs page. There are no additional or hidden fees for commercial plans, which means there will be no charges above your monthly payments if you use Bitrix24 a commercial subscription plan.

    There are, however, optional payments for your free or commercial subscription plans (e.g. VOIP / web telephony credits, SIP-connectors, additional online storage, Face Recognition credits, or subscriptions for MarketPlace apps). Please see our plans and tariffs page.

    Cloud Subscription Renewals

    If you plan to extend your commercial Cloud subscription, you should do so before the end of your current billing cycle which is usually 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 months. After your current subscription plan ends, you have a grace period of 15 days to work without limitation. If you do not renew your subscription, then your Bitrix24 account will be rolled back to the Free subscription plan, with a 5 GB online storage limit and functionality corresponding to the Free plan.

    If your account has been rolled back to the Free subscription plan, and the amount of data in your Bitrix24 instance exceeds 5 GB, your data will be accessible only for reading and deleting. You will not be able to upload new files, create new tasks, add data into the CRM, or perform other actions unless the data is below the 5 GB storage limit.

    The Free subscription plan allows you to provide access to the Business Tools (https://helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/1945065/) for up to 12 intranet users.

    If no user logs in to your Cloud account with the Free subscription option, your Bitrix24 instance will be 'archived', and after another 15 days - deleted. After your account is deleted, no data can be restored.

    Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

    You can upgrade or downgrade your current subscription to any subscription plan at any time. To upgrade or downgrade your Bitrix24 subscription, please select one of the subscription options inside your Bitrix24 account (Subscription > Upgrade > ...). You can also get in touch with a Bitrix24 representative or a Bitrix Partner to have your current subscription plan changed according to your needs. Please note that upgrades can be done only within your current billing cycle (e.g. you can upgrade your Plus subscription with a 6-month billing cycle to the Standard subscription with a 6-month billing cycle only).

    Refund Policy

    Bitrix Inc. provides no refunds for Bitrix24 Cloud services. Bitrix24 is a pay-as-you-go service with commercial subscriptions billed upfront for every 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months (i.e. according to the billing cycle you chose). You can cancel the subscription at any time by notifying a Bitrix representative or the Bitrix Partner from whom you purchased your subscription so that you are not charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred according to the Terms of Service.

    A commercial license key for a Bitrix24 On-premise product copy provides you with non-exclusive rights to use the program according to the Terms of Service the End User License Agreement (EULA). Bitrix24 On-Premise version is available in several editions that have different sets of tools and features. Each edition has several user options. If you outgrow the number of users available for your product copy, you can upgrade to the next available user option (e.g. from "Business 50" option with 50 user seats to "Business 100" option with 100 user seats).     Please note that older product editions (such as "TeamPace", "BizPace" and "BizPace Enterprise") were licensed on a "per user" basis. The term "user" implies intranet user accounts registered in your Bitrix24 product copy. The default user pack for older product editions included 25 intranet user accounts.

    Each commercial version of Bitrix24 allows you to:
    - Download the product with the full source code;
    - Deploy and use your intranet portal permanently (the license never expires);
    - Enjoy a 1-year free maintenance subscription which allows you to receive premium technical support services via Bitrix24 HelpDesk, download and install updates and new modules for your product copy.

    License Key Activation

    Your commercial license key should be activated within a 6-month period after the purchase date. Otherwise, the key will be activated automatically which means your free 1-year maintenance subscription will start to expire.

    If you are using a trial version, you can activate your commercial license key inside your product copy (no need to re-install the product unless you wish to start from scratch).

    Edition Upgrades and Downgrades

    Customers are entitled to upgrade their product copies at any time. Options include upgrading to the next level edition (also available for older editions such as "InfoPace", "TeamPace", etc.). The upgrade does not extend the maintenance period but simply converts the product to the new edition or new user option. Please note that upgrades are allowed only with an active maintenance subscription. No downgrading is allowed.

    Maintenance Subscription

    By default, each commercial license includes a free 1-year maintenance subscription which provides access to premium technical support services according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), and allows you to download and install product updates and new modules. After one year, the free maintenance subscription expires (becomes inactive), however, your product copy remains fully functional with the exception of modules, tools and services listed at https://bitrix24.com/eula/limitations.php

    You can renew your maintenance subscription for one additional year for 25% of the current price of your product edition (product option). To find out the exact the renewal costs for your product copy, please use this page: https://store.bitrix24.com/profile/license-keys.php

    For older product editions ("InfoPace", "TeamPace", "BizPace", "BizPace Enterprise"), you can renew your maintenance subscription for one additional year for 22% of the current product price (Early Renewal option) within a 30-day period after your maintenance subscription expiration date, or for 60% of the current product price (Late Renewal option) anytime thereafter. Please note that for older product editions any number of additional intranet users (those exceeding the default 25-user pack) must be renewed additionally.     Refund Policy

    Bitrix24 products (commercial license keys, upgrade or renewal options) are non-refundable. We ask for your understanding that we cannot issue any refunds since a free 30-day trial version is provided, and since the commercial product version of the software is delivered with the full source code.

    Bitrix provides a free 30-day trial version of the product which is fully functional. We recommend that you to test the system features using the free trial version to make sure that the system works for you, and to eliminate any possible refund requests. We believe that a 30-day trial period is enough to test Bitrix24 in the chosen environment thoroughly and to carry out an informed decision concerning purchase our software.
